Working with Stefani at Homesnap was such a pleasure. Outside of her day job in Marketing, she went above and beyond to contribute to Homesnap’s culture. She took it upon herself to manage our most critical DEI initiatives, including opportunities for employees to better educate themselves and become more self-aware. She played a key leadership role in both managing and executing these initiatives, doing so in an appropriately sensitive and delicate manner. Stefani has a great deal to offer in the organization development and DEI disciplines.
