Stefani holds a Masters of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, is a Certified Change Management Professional with the Association for Change Management Professionals, is a Certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University.
