In 2020, I volunteered as a pro-bono consultant for Pivot Consulting on a project for the Junior Economic Club. I designed and facilitated a board member workshop to help (re)establish the mission statement of the organization. The workshop framework leveraged the purpose-driven concepts of Simon Sinek as part of a five step creative process.

In 2019, I worked with a regional-sized retailer as they were going through an organizational transformation initiative to scale their operational capabilities. Prior to my arrival, the company had implemented a process called “Fully Integrated Planning” (FIP), which was meant to align the timelines of all business units for the rollout of each in-store seasonal floor set. I was the Marketing liaison for the organizational “tiger team”.

In 2015, I was asked to implement a digital Kanban platform for project oversight and performance management of a Marketing Analytics Department of a national retailer. Prior to my onboarding, this department did not have a project management practice in place. Kanban’s appeal was its simple tracking methods for daily tasks and a user-friendly interface concept that would not infringe upon time spent doing actual work.
